Cauliflower Parmesan


For the Cauliflower Parmesan: Makes Two Servings

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • One head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/3 cup Marina Sauce
  • 1/2 Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley chopped


Heat the oven to 350 degrees

  • Cut your cauliflower into two 1 inch steaks (keep the rest for another recipe)
  • Salt and Pepper each side of your steaks
  • Heat a cast iron pan to hot with oil; brown the cauliflower on both sides
  • Move the cauliflower steaks (in the pan) into the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.
  • Once tender, spoon on your marina sauce and cheese and cook until melted.
  • Serve with freshly chopped parsley

I served mine with quartered tomatoes I put in the pan with Italian seasonings, which I cooked alongside the cauliflower.
