INGREDIENTS
For the Cauliflower Parmesan: Makes Two Servings
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- One head of cauliflower
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 3/4 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup Marina Sauce
- 1/2 Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Parsley chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees

Cut your cauliflower into two 1 inch steaks (keep the rest for another recipe)
- Salt and Pepper each side of your steaks

Heat a cast iron pan to hot with oil; brown the cauliflower on both sides

Move the cauliflower steaks (in the pan) into the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until fork tender.
- Once tender, spoon on your marina sauce and cheese and cook until melted.
- Serve with freshly chopped parsley
I served mine with quartered tomatoes I put in the pan with Italian seasonings, which I cooked alongside the cauliflower.
