Herbed Shrimp Pasta with Tomato & Garlic


8 ounces dried pasta

4 cups chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped herbs (I used Basil & Oregano)

2 tablespoons minced garlic


Salt & Pepper

Deveined Shrimp


Boil water with salt and oil for your pasta; cook according to the package

Pat your shrimp dry and salt & pepper them

Heat some oil on medium in a pan

Cook your shrimp a few minutes until they start to curl and appear cooked through

Remove your shrimp, and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, and sauté until fragrant and cooked through. Once your pasta is done, grab it with tongs from the water, and add it gradually. Add as much or as little as you want.

Add in your shrimp to warm up.

Serve it up with fresh basil and red pepper flakes
