Try these No Bake Key Lime Pie Treats!
Ingredients:
8 oz softened cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lime juice
2 limes zested
â…“ cup cookie crumbs (I used Bischoff)
1 cup whipped cream
2 tablespoons white sugar or powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

The Filling
Add cream cheese into a bowl and whisk until fluffy. Then add in lime zest, condensed milk, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
The Cookie Crumbs
Place biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush into crumbs.
The Whipped Cream
Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3–4 minutes. Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Putting it together:
Spoon some crumbs into a serving container, followed by some filling. Repeat so that you have another layer of crumbs and filling. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Right before serving, top with some whipped cream on top and sprinkle with some crushed biscuits. Finally, tuck in a slice of lime on the side.
