Strawberry Basil Crumble

Ingredients: Makes 4 Individual Portions

2 cups fresh, sliced Strawberries

1/2 cup thinly sliced, fresh Basil

1 1/2 cubes Butter

1/4 cup Sugar, plus 2 tablespoons

1/2 cup Flour

Directions:

Fill your cooking dish half way full of sliced strawberries, sprinkle in 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and add 1 Tablespoon sliced butter. Sprinkle in your desired about of basil.

In a bowl combine 1/2 cup flour and 1 cube room temperature butter and mix it together to form crumbles. Add in 1/4 cup sugar and combine again.

Sprinkle the flour mixture on top and cook at 325 until bubbly and brown, about 20 minutes.
