Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Basil Bruschetta with Lemon Whipped Cream
I was super excited to see I had basil to harvest in the garden today. Here is a little bit of a more traditional Bruschetta with basil.

Topping Ingredients:
6 Diced Strawberries
10 Halved Blueberries
1 Diced, Peeled Peach
1 Tablespoon Chopped Basil Leaves
1 Teaspoon White Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Course Salt
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
Base Ingredients:
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 lemon juiced
1 lemon zested
Combine the topping ingredients and let them sit while you mix the cream cheese and lemon. Spread the cream cheese on your favorite toasted bread and then top with the basil, fruit mixture.
