Cranberry Banana Bread ❤️
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
5 TBSP unsalted butter, softened
1 cup mashed ripe banana
¼ cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped nuts
1.5 cups coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and set the oven rack to the center position.
Grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.Mix the sugar and softened butter in a medium mixing bowl until completely blended.
Add the banana, milk, vanilla, and eggs, and mix well.Add the dry ingredients, mixing just until moist.
Stir in the chopped nuts and cranberries.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the pan and cool on a rack.
